1. How long have you worked for Brantley Security Services?
15 months
2. What do you like about working for Brantley Security Services?
I like that I can run my branch independently without much micromanagement or interference from upper management. They are confident enough to allow me to make decisions.
3. What does your normal work day consist of?
Everyday is different. Some days I perform strategic planning, I go out in the field and visit clients, and other days I may be doing pure damage control depending on what happens out in the field that week.
4. How does working in the law enforcement field compare to working in the security field?
Both positions have the public trust. To the general public you’re the person with all the answers in the time of crisis.
The difference is with law enforcement you have an obligation and oath to take physical charge when needed and in security it’s more observe, report, and call the authorities when necessary.
5. What was your childhood dream?
To become the Chief of Police.
6. What are you doing when you’re not in the office?
I am always in the office.
I enjoy exercising, coaching youth football, playing Texas Hold ‘Em, and spending time with Jill.
